Mathematics is considered one of the fundamental sciences upon which various branches of scientific and applied knowledge are built. It plays a pivotal role in developing logical and analytical thinking and in supporting scientific and technological progress. Based on the importance of this science in preparing qualified personnel to contribute to educational and scientific development, this proposal comes forward to establish a Department of Mathematics at the College of Education, serving as a core pillar for preparing specialized teachers and researchers in the field of mathematics.
